This transnational network supports The Green Deal Road-map of European Union and, brings together stakeholders active or interested in the fields of environment, sustainable development and climate change. Its fundamental added value is to provide a safe space for stakeholders to network, exchange experiences, reflect on strategies, build synergies, and engage in both formal and informal collaborations.

FOOD, AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

The network has a focus aiming to promote a more sustainable, overarching food policy in Europe encompassing policies on agriculture, rural areas, food security, supply chain and public health. The network  also supports The Green Deal Road-map of EU.

HEALTH AND SANITATION

The network focuses on EU health policy which related to protecting and improving health, giving equal access to modern and efficient healthcare for all Europeans, and coordinating any serious health threats involving more than one EU country. Disease prevention and response play a big part in the EU’s public health focus. Prevention touches many areas such as vaccination, fighting antimicrobial resistance, actions against cancer and responsible food labelling.

R&D, INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY & DIGITALISATION

TRANSPORTATION

The implementation of sustainable and innovative means of transport plays an important role in the EU’s energy and climate objectives. As our societies become ever more mobile, EU policy supports transport systems to meet the major challenges: Congestion, sustainability, air quality, infrastructure and competition. The network  also supports The Green Deal Road-map of EU.

YOUTH, EDUCATION AND TRAINING

The network puts efforts to provide the best education and training for the citizens. It also promotes multilingualism in Europe, helping with the teaching and learning of languages, encouraging mobility of students, trainees, teachers and young people, and facilitating exchanges of information and experience.
